The Saudi Ministry of Justice aimed to involve the private sector in providing some of its services, including the documentation service, in order to facilitate the citizens, residents, and commercial establishments, in support of the national economy, and to achieve the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030.  All documents, acknowledgments and agencies issued by the notary have been approved as official papers approved by all government agencies, whether inside or outside the Kingdom.
